The Spanish league winner, Real Madrid, has lifted its 15th UEFA champions league trophy after beating its German opponent, Borussia Dortmund, 2-0 during the final encounter.
Madrid’s victory increased its trophy for the current season to two, just as the Spanish giant became the most successful club across European to have lifted the continental trophy 15 times.
The Spanish team recorded the victory on Saturday after its defender, Dani Carvajal, and Brazilian forward, Vinicius Junior, converted their chances during the encounter played at the Wembley stadium, England.
