The German football champions, Bayern Munich, has edged out English football giant, Arsenal, in the quarter final of the 2023/2024 UEFA champion, after playing 3-2 aggregate.
Bayern secured it’s qualifications for the next round after beating the London club 1-0 during second leg of the quarter-final encounter.
During the game played at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, on Wednesday, the host scored the only goal of the encounter to increase its tally to three after both team played a 2-2 draw last week.
The German champion scored the only goal of the game through a header by its right-fullback, Joshua Kimmich, in the 63 minute of the encounter to secure a passage to the next round.
