The Police in UK have arrested two suspects in connection with an arson attack which caused damages to four ambulances vehicles.
The arrests were made following an early morning raid by the metropolitan police after which they were held in custody over the vandalization of the ambulances belonging to a Jewish volunteer emergency service.
The enforcement carried out on Wednesday in London has now been treated as a suspected hate crime targeting the Jewish community and its vital emergency medical services after an expressed deep concerns shown over rising antisemitic incidents, with the targeted destruction of the ambulances seen as a direct attack on lifesaving volunteer services that operate in the area.
The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that detectives have continued their enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the deliberate fire that required six fire engines and around 40 firefighters to bring under control.
No further details have been released about the identities of the arrested men or any charges they may face, as the investigation remains active.
