President Bola Tinubu has conferred the rank of Lieutenant General on Major General Olufemi Olatubosun Oluyede, solidifying his position as the Chief of Army Staff (COAS).
Oluyede’s promotion came a few weeks after his appointment as the acting COAS, following Lieutenant General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja’s medical leave.
