No fewer than three members of the Boko Haram terrorising villages located along Dikwa-Mafa road in Borno State have died during clashes with the Nigerian Army troops deployed to restore peace.
The three Boko Haram terrorists died from the gunshot wound sustained during the clash with the military troops that were on a patrol in Koibe village.
As gathered, the clash occurred on Tuesday when the Combined Troops of 81 Task Force Battalion and 24 Task Force Brigade Garison, in conjunction with HYBRID forces carried out an ambush along the crossing point of the terrorists.
A source, Zagazola Makama, disclosed that the ambush which resulted in a fierce battle paid off after the troops gun-down the terrorists and captured their foodstuff as well as their bicycles.
