A Russian missile has killed a teenager, injuring others and also causing destruction of properties of yet to be known value following an attack in Ukraine.
The drone attack was said to have affected the deceased, a 17 year old girl, after which she died having been rushed to the hospital where nine others were admitted with varying degree of injuries.
Following the mishap in Kharkiv, Governor of the region, Oleg Sinegubov, said that Russia also launched the rockets in neighbouring Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, but did not say whether there were any casualties.
”The enemy launched rocket attacks on the city of Berestin, a 17-year-old girl, who was seriously injured, died in hospital,” Sinegubov said on Tuesday.
”Nine other people were injured, out of which seven are hospitalized. Emergency services are at the scene,” he mentioned.
The Governor also reminisced about a recent missile incident which had five people dead, causing significant damage to residential areas which includes a kindergarten.
