Barely 24 hours after tensions erupted at Wadata Plaza, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Secretariat, the Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday sealed off the premises to prevent further clashes and avert a potential breakdown of law and order.
The police took the action after rival party factions stormed the secretariat and clashed, creating a security threat that required immediate intervention.
