Jack-Rich, Sports minister, NITDA boss to meet, discuss COVID-19 impact on youths

Worried by huge effect the continued spread of coronavirus has left on youths, the Sports Minister, Sunday Dare and founder of Belemaoil Producing Limited, Jack-rich Tein Jr, will join other leaders to offer possible solutions on how youths can survive the pandemic period.

Other notable leaders to join the discussion and offer youths answers to their challenges are the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) boss, Kashifu Inuwa, and others.

The youth Town hall webinar tagged ‘The Social and Economic Impact of COVID-19 Nigerian youths’ is expected to hold on Wednesday at 10 am and was organized by African Youth Resource Centre (AYRC).

According to the organisers, the event user identity, for the youths joining the discussion, is: 7424 350 7089 and that the password is 056252.

Jack- rich, who will delivery the keynote address, is a philanthropist and oil magnate, is a multidimensional strategic thinker, a motivator, a strong believer in the Greater Nigeria; a role model to millions of Nigerian Youths.

Like Jack- rich, renowned speaker, Dayo Israel, who is also a member of the British Council Global Changemaker, will moderate the town hall meeting to give every speaker chance to mentor the youths and ensure the participants questions get the speakers attention.

The organiser explained that the town hall was part of its strategies to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on Nigerian Youth and position them to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
