The fire broke out on Tuesday afternoon, with traffic authorities confirming the incident at about 1:00 p.m., prompting immediate intervention to manage the resulting congestion.
The incident occurred near the Adekunle area of the Third Mainland Bridge, inward Iyana Oworo, one of the busiest corridors linking the Lagos mainland to the island.
