The first female and indigenous Head of Service (HoS) of the Federal Capital Territory, Grace Adayilo, has been reported dead.
She was pronounced dead five days after attending the G7 security meeting, where she represented the FCT minister, Nyesome Wike, in Abuja.
Grace, who also served as the permanent secretary of the Agriculture and Rural Development Secretariat, passed away in the early hours of Monday.
